Molly and Jesse December 2014 Wedding

Mollies beautiful dress

A top view of Mollies bouquet made of white roses and white and green parrot tulips.

Justin always gets a picture of the bouquets in there delivery boxes.  Nothing fancy this week just protection from the chilly weather.  Bridesmaids bouquets were made of green mini hydrangea, freedome roses, heart roses and red hypericum berries.

Happy couple

Beautiful bride

Mollies mother asked if it would be possible to have a Mollies grandmothers prayer book that she and her sister had carried at their wedding be included in Mollies bouquet. It was a little bulky so we figured out a way for Mollies aunt to attach it just before the ceremony along with one of Mollies grandmothers hankies.  Very sweet.

Christy and Alex at Stonehaven Barn in DeSoto, IA

For the brides bouquet included vendella roses, purple stock, purple calla lilies, purple lisianthus, veronica and seeded eucalyptus in a round hand tied bouquet

Using both tall and shorter centerpieces adds depth to the room.  It carries your eye across the room.  For Christy's wedding reception we used these taller vases along with mason jars.   These were mercury glass candlesticks that I attached a  round bowl that sat on the top of the candlestick and in the bottom we had colored gems to decorate the bowl at eye level.  Christy loves the tinted daisies and so we uses orange, fuschia and green daisies along with purple statice.

Candy bar, cake and food area. Love the couples large monogram on the wall.

Christy and Alex held their ceremony and reception at the rustic Stonehaven Barn complete with a horse drawn carriage for Christy to arrive in with her father and for she and Alex to leave in.  They are both huge horse fans and it was a great personal touch for their big day.
