A beautiful fall wedding for Kelly and Chad

Kelly's beautiful bridal bouquet had all things fall and gorgeous in it.  Carmel Antique Garden Roses, Pin Cushion Protea, Roses and Calla Lillies.  Textured with Seeded Eucalyptus and Curly Willow.

Brides bouquet of Blizzard roses, purple dahlias, green mini hydrangeas, soft pink roses, green hypericum berries and purple phaleonopsis orchids.

Another angle on the brides bouquet.  I loved this bouquet.  The purple dahlias were so gorgeous and the orchids, amazing.

The bridesmaids each wore a different color.  Purple, green and orange, so for their bouquets we used white blizzard roses and mini green hydrangea, ti leaves and ribbons that coordintated with their dresses. 

Groom and groomsman wore white roses with green hypericum berries. A little added touch of the green hydrangea for the groom.

Centerpieces were simple and organic,  River rock with minis green hydrangea and a white rose simply placed in the vase.  Perfect touch for the room.

I put this photo in because I love this pose.  So romantic.  I know, I am a hopeless romantic and I wouldn't change that at all. 

White Roses sumberged in vases were placed every where on the platform of the sanctuary along with bunches of votive candles, of course.

Prom 2013

PROM
I always enjoy prom.  So much glitz and glam.  Amazing dresses and tuxedo's. It is all such a blast and so much fun for a florist. I get to use many elements that are not for everyday and so much fun. Feathers, rhinestones, beads, bracelets that are just gorgeous.  Oh, I love it all.  This is the first installment of prom flowers with several more to come.  I was just going to do one but I just couldn't pick a favorite out of all of the great photos I have and besides you can never see to many pictures of flowers.  At least I can't so sit take a minute and enjoy the first post of Prom 2013.

Orange color scheme:orange spray roses, orange alstromeria lilies, green dianthus, rhinestone sprays, feathers
Pink and black color scheme: pink spray roses, blush feathers, string pearls, fitz design boutonniere holder and accessories.





Red color scheme: red spray roses, orange roses, red ranunculus, black feathers, rhinestone spray, fitz boutonnierere holder.



Orange Rising

Orange is a color that is rising in popularity for weddings, and yet it is still offbeat enough to feel fresh and original.  

Can you imagine using orange in with a rich chocolate brown or a velvety creamy taupe.  How about a deep navy or copper.  Not to be forgotten for the contemporary bride orange with the popular celery green or hot pink even a spash of lemon yellow with these would be striking.  I have even seen orange with a soft sky blue. 

Roses are always beautiful but the Naranga really captures the essence of the deep bright orange that can really make your bouquets pop.  Luecospermum "Tango"and peach hypericum berries, "Tang" dendrobium orchids, Dahlia's and Cockscomb are all  great orange flowers that add a richness and unique flavor.  Tulips come in a large variety of orange and peach tones.  And not to be forgotten vibrant orange Gerbera Daisies.

Orange can be used in a variety of wedding styles and can be beautiful.  If you are looking to make your wedding bouquets and centerpieces unique and vibrant, consider the orange colored flowers.
